General Refund Policy
After purchasing credits, users cannot refund the money for those credits.
Error Detection and Credit Protection
If a user fails to generate a transcript due to an error, our system will automatically detect the issue and no credits will be deducted from the user's account.
Refund Process for Deducted Credits
If credits were deducted from your account but no transcript was generated, we will refund the credits to your account typically within 3 hours, with a maximum processing time of 24 hours.
