Is there a limit to video length?

There's no strict limit, but very long videos (over 2-3 hours) may take longer to process. Most videos under 2 hours process within seconds. If you have extremely long videos, the system may split the transcript for better performance.

Why did my transcript generation fail?

Transcript generation can fail due to network issues, video unavailability, missing captions, or heavy server load. Try refreshing the page or generating again. If issues persist, contact support with the video URL.

How accurate are the transcripts?

Our transcripts are highly accurate, derived directly from YouTube's caption system which uses advanced speech recognition technology. Accuracy varies by video quality and audio clarity, but typically exceeds 90% for well-recorded content.

Account Management

How do I view my usage history?

Access your usage history through the Dashboard > History section. You'll see all your transcript generations, with dates, video titles, and credits used. This helps you track your activity and manage your credit usage.

Can I change my account information?

Account information is managed through Google. If you need to change your name or email, you'll need to update that in your Google account. We sync this information when you log in, so changes will be reflected on your next login.

What happens if I forget my password?

You can use the Forgot Password feature. However, it is recommended to use Google OAuth so you don't have to create a new password.
